You may use this website for lawful personal and business inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information, copy protected materials as your own, or use automated methods that burden the service.

Services and estimates

Website descriptions and pricing guidance are general information, not a binding offer. Estate, cleanout, consignment, delivery, and liquidation work begins only under a written agreement or confirmed order that states the actual scope, fees, responsibilities, and schedule.

Vintage and one-of-a-kind merchandise

Vintage, antique, used, and collectible items commonly show age, wear, repair, variation, or incomplete history. Review photographs, dimensions, condition notes, and pickup or shipping terms before purchase. Colors and scale may vary by screen.

Accounts, cart, and checkout

A cart or wishlist does not reserve an item. Browser-saved customer preferences are not a secure identity account. Payment is due only through an approved secure checkout method or written invoice. Never email full payment-card information.

Intellectual property

The Rat's Nest People name, logo, original site text, photographs, and graphics are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only for accurate identification.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms

Pennsylvania law applies to these website terms, without regard to conflicts rules. A signed service agreement, marketplace rule, or item-specific policy controls if it conflicts with general website language.
